WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

We manufacture our basins out of Solid Copper and Brass Sheets.
Manufacturing lead time is two to three to 4 weeks.
These metals can be treated in different ways to achieve different finishes:

COPPER

A pink like metal, that is very reactive to the elements. We only recommend Copper
for a very natural setting or look, an example of that would be in a thatch lappa.
Daily cleaning is advised to ensure its shine and “brand new” look. The basin can also be
left to age for a rustic aesthetic.

BRASS

A gold like metal, which is also reactive to the elements but is less reactive in comparison
to copper, which allows for less regular cleaning. If a brass basin is to be used in
a commercial setting we suggest a natural matte finish, with a cleaning regime of
“Handy Andy” or a mild abrasive.
